Join Us For Our Popular
Professional Networking Reception Series

First Fridays DC is collaborating with the Greater Washington Urban League Thursday Network to present the Professional Network Series (PNS). The purpose of the PNS is to create an opportunity for metropolitan area business owners and professionals to network, make business connections, and close deals. Each month, the PNS features a different prominent guest speaker,  industry tables, food,  and beverages.

The PNS is for serious entrepreneurs and business professionals only and attendance will be limited to ensure an atmosphere for guests to network. This will be a powerful event with limited admission so be sure to register early.

Guest speaker will be the African American McDonalds owner/operators to discuss success  as a black entrepreneur and franchising opportunities with McDonalds and in general.

Guest Speaker - Isaac Green
McDonalds Owner & Operator

Isaac Green began his career with McDonald’s as a crewperson when he was a teenager and has since worked hard to move up the ladder. After many years in the business, he decided he wanted to take the next step and work towards owning and operating his own restaurants.

Today, Isaac employs near 400 people and owns and operates eight McDonald’s restaurants in the Greater Washington, D.C., area. He is dedicated to helping his crew and management staff reach their goals in the restaurants and showing them the positive impact that McDonald’s can have in their lives.

He believes that part of the responsibility of being a McDonald’s franchisee is being a strong community partner. He has worked on local non-profit organizations, community boards, and is devoted to improving the neighborhoods in which he does business.
